NVNR Website Hub, Galley Room Now Open to Registered Attendees

Free Books, Free Stuff: Why Booksellers should register now for NVNR 2021

New Voices New Rooms 2021

Following its orientation session for booksellers, New Voices New Rooms has opened its website hub to all registered attendees of NVNR2021.

Bookstores are strongly encouraged to have their entire staff register for the show by September 1st — the deadline for attendees to receive the popular “Show Box” of goodies: tote bags, books, journals, chocolate, and so, so much more!

NVNR events will be held on the Zoom platform. But the website hub will be a companion resource for attendees, with easy to use directories of bookstores, publishers, vendors, and presenters. Booksellers can use the hub to schedule meetings with publishers and sales reps, keep track of scheduled events, download information about authors, showcase their own stores, and request review copies from participating publishers.

Now available at NVNR (Registered Attendees Only!):

Schedule: Updated as events and presenters are confirmed. New this year is the Hospitality Suite, staffed from 8 am to 5 pm every day of the show, and available for impromptu get-togethers with colleagues.

Bookstore RowA directory and showcase of attending bookstores, with contact information, press kits, and a list of staff names and positions.

Publisher & Vendor Studio Gallery: A directory of publisher and vendor partners with sales rep contact information, backlist order specials, appointment links, catalogs and key titles, and directions for creating new accounts.

The Readers of the Last ARC Galley RoomNow open for booksellers to browse. Attendees can build a list of ARCs they are interested in. The room will remain open until the end of the show, after which all ARC requests will be sent to publishers for fulfillment. The galley room is searchable and can be filtered by genre, author, publisher, and event which featured the book, if applicable. NVNR has also opened up the galley room to all publishers in the studio gallery, allowing for an extensive list of books beyond those featured in the NVNR program.
