As in the past, NVNR’s partner for handling exhibits shipping and set up is General Exposition Services (GES). Information to create an account can be found on page 7 of the NVNR Exhibit Sales Brochure, or at the GES online service kit.
What you need to know about shipping books to NVNR 2025:
Consolidate your shipments:
A $280 shipment fee needs to be prepaid on the General Exposition website, in addition to any shipping costs. Boxes that contain enough books to be over 30lbs all have to arrive the same day or you will be charged the $280 shipment fee for each day they receive a shipment.
Label your boxes carefully and clearly:
We strongly recommend coordinating all the shipments together, though with each box correctly and individually labeled, and try to make sure they all arrive on the same date to keep costs at a minimum. Consider using skids and shrink wrap to keep shipments in one bundle.
Know Your Deadlines! Don’t wait until the last minute to ship:
- July 18, 3:00 PM ET: the last day shipments can arrive at the Advance Warehouse to receive the advance discounted shipping rate.
- August 1, 3:00 PM ET: the last day shipments can arrive at the Advance Warehouse for shipping to the conference.
- August 4: The first day shipments can arrive for GES directly at the hotel. Shipments sent to the hotel before August 4 will be refused.
