Exhibitor Update: Early Info on NVNR 2025

New Voices New Rooms New Voices New Rooms has upgraded its platform for 2025, allowing for continuity of data, the ability to connect all our attendees and provide up-to-the-minute information. Publishers will be able to purchase exhibit and sponsor packages, as well as any extra event passes they need for their on-site staff, in a streamlined process that provides the flexibility to tailor their selections to match their goals for NVNR.

As always, Kit Little (kit@naiba.com) will be managing exhibits, sponsors, and scholarships and will be able to help exhibitors create a package that affords the best possible experience for their budget.

Nicki Leone (nicki@sibaweb.com), NVNR’s registration manager, will work with exhibitors to ensure their company listings and passes are in order and will help ensure on-site personnel are listed correctly in the event app so booksellers at the conference will find it easy to connect with them.

Both Exhibit Sales and Bookseller Registration will open on April 2.

What is new for 2025:

  • Reduced pricing and no limits on table purchases

  • Flexible exhibitor passes that are valid for as long as the pass holder is on-site and include all meal events in the schedule

  • Early sign-up to request a rep picks spot

  • Control over your ARC listings and giveaways

NVNR is prioritizing bookstore/exhibitor connections:

Exhibitors are required to include appointment links on their event listings for booksellers to schedule appointments in advance. The link may be to your own scheduler program or simply an email link to an on-site staff person. NVNR will have space set aside for exhibitors to use for appointments.

NVNR also STRONGLY encourages exhibitors to bring sales reps responsible for both the NAIBA and SIBA territories.

Exhibitors on site will have access to the NVNR Leads App to connect with bookseller attendees and collect contact information for later follow-up.

NOTE: Both NAIBA and SIBA have had significant growth in members, many of them new bookstores who will be attending NVNR for the first time. Exhibitors should be prepared to meet new contacts and create new accounts.

Staying in touch:

NVNR will be sending bi-weekly updates and links on New Voices New Rooms. You can always find this information at the NVNR 2025 Conference hub. Please reach out to the NVNR Team if you have any questions.
