Registered exhibitors can look forward to receiving their booth numbers before the end of the month. New Voices New Rooms encourages exhibitors to host booth signings when the exhibit hall is open, and will support them with promotions to attendees:
- Booth signings will be listed in the schedule and specially tagged as a signing.
- Booth signings will be listing in that day’s morning email of program highlights received by attendees
- NVNR will send out a notification of each booth signing when it is about to start to all attendees via the NVNR app.
There is no extra charge for listing a booth signing, but if the author signing does not have an author pass from NVNR, they will need a guest pass ($115), valid for the day of their signing.
