Whether you are an exhibitor planning your booth, or a bookseller planning your schedule, it is time to get your ducks in a row for NVNR
The NVNR Orientations for attendees will be held on July 16, on Zoom:
Bookseller Orientation: 7/16 at 11:00 AM ET
Exhibitor Orientation: 7/16 at 3:00 PM ET
Both session will be recorded and made available to attendees, but there is nothing like being able to ask questions in person, so come if you can.
The following day, July 17, is the deadline to reserve a hotel room at the conference rate. It is also the last day booksellers may cancel their registration and receive a full refund. Late cancelations receive a 50% refund.
Now is also the time for attendees to ensure their registrations are complete and accurate:
- Is your info accurate? Is your name and organization spelled correctly, exactly as you want it to appear on your badge?
- Have you signed up for everything you wanted? Did you sign up for any of the bookseller retreats?
- Did you join the bus tour you wanted? It is not unusual for spaces to open up as people’s plans change. Check the schedule to see if seats have opened up on tours that had sold out.
