Bookseller registration for the NVNR 2025 Conference is well ahead of last year! The 150 bookstores currently registered (and counting!) includes both a larger number of first-time and newly-opened bookstores, and bookstores from every state in the combined SIBA and NAIBA territories. Registrants are already logging into their account and using the conference app to plan their schedules.
Here are some things Exhibitors should do to connect with booksellers before the Conference starts:
- Upload your exhibitor listing. It is important for exhibitors to submit a listing as soon as possible. Over the summer, booksellers will be using the NVNR conference app to preview vendors and request appointments. More info | What should be included
- Tell NVNR what who will be on site. Passes are required for all on-site personnel, including booth staff, handlers, and authors not in the program doing booth signings. Exhibitor Passes are valid for the entire time the pass holder is on-site at the conference, include all non-ticketed meals at the conference, and access to the conference and leads generation app.
- Submit your booth signings Booth signings will be listed in the schedule and specially tagged as a signing. They will also be featured in the morning email of the day’s program highlights, and app users will be notified when the booth signing is about to happen. More info.
