Important shipping dates and deadlines have been added to the exhibitors information hub. Conference shipping is managed by General Exhibition Services (GES). Exhibitors can find contract information in the NVNR 2025 Sales Brochure.
Mark the following dates your calendars
- June 30: Deadline to cancel and receive a refund (less 25%). No refunds after 6/30.
- July 1- August 1: Deliveries accepted by GES Warehouse.
- July 16: NVNR Exhibitor Orientation on Zoom (register)
- July 17: Deadline to receive conference rate at the NVNR Hotel (reservations)
- July 18: Deadline for Advance Warehouse Discount
- August 1: Deadline for shipments to arrive at Warehouse.
